Terms
Claim Mars sells advertising space on a picture of a planet. Please read this bit before you pay for any.
What you are buying
A rectangular block of pixels on this website, showing a logo and a link you choose. It is a novelty billboard. It is not real estate, not a security, not an investment, and confers no rights of any kind over the actual planet Mars.
Price
The price rises as more of the planet is claimed. The price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay, and it is held for the length of your checkout session. Later buyers paying more does not entitle you to anything, and does not mean your block is worth more — there is no resale, and we do not operate a market.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
All claims are final. There are no refunds. Not for a change of mind, not because the price moved afterwards, not because your block did not get the attention you hoped for. The land comes off the market the moment you pay and nobody else can buy it, so the sale is done.
By claiming a block you are asking us to publish it immediately, and you accept that once it is live you lose any right to cancel that you would otherwise have had.
The one thing we will not do is keep money for something you did not get. If you were charged and your block never went live, email hello@claimmars.wtf and we will either put it up or return that payment. That is not a refund policy — it is a failed sale.
What you may not put on it
No illegal content, no sexual content, no harassment or hate, no malware, no deceptive links, and nothing that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright. Do not impersonate a brand you do not own.
We may remove a block that breaks these rules, and we keep the money when we do. Breaking the rules forfeits what you paid; it does not buy you a refund. That is a judgement call and ours to make.
How long it lasts
Your block stays up for as long as the site is up. We intend that to be a long time, but we cannot promise forever, and we are not liable if it is not. If we ever shut the site down we will say so publicly first.
Your details
We store the email you give us, so we can send a receipt and reach you about your claim. Your block's name, link, logo, size and price are public — that is the product. Your email is not. We do not sell it.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.
